Emily-Jean is an Assistant Consultant at Wellington Dupont Public Affairs (WD), where she delivers comprehensive research and government relations support to a diverse portfolio of clients. Her work includes preparing applications for federal and provincial funding programs and advising on effective strategies to navigate complex government processes.

Emily-Jean has a proven record of coordinating high-level engagements with senior government officials, including Cabinet Ministers and Privy Council Office representatives, and has successfully planned and executed client delegations to Ottawa. Her efforts have helped secure government funding totalling several million dollars for WD clients.

Prior to joining WD, Emily-Jean built a strong academic foundation through years of work in research and teaching environments. She has served as a research and editorial assistant across multiple disciplines, contributed to ethics-approved studies, and conducted both quantitative and qualitative data analysis. She holds two Bachelor’s degrees from Concordia University, one in Philosophy and the other in Anthropology. She went on to complete a Master’s degree in Philosophy at Memorial University of Newfoundland and later pursued her Ph.D in Law and Legal Studies at Carleton University.
